Description

Examines tools and techniques required for adaptive leadership and anti-racist program management and organizational change. Focuses on anti-racist management and adaptive leadership practices that incorporate logic modeling, adaptive leadership theories, and promotes the development of anti-racist, multicultural organizations, led by anti-racist change makers.
